Gate Opening Times
Gates will open from 09:30am, one hour before the first ball is bowled.
Entry Gates
Ticket holders and Members will be able to enter the ground either Nevil Road (BS7 9EJ) only. On arrival, please have your matchday ticket or Membership card ready to scan. One of our friendly stewarding team will be ready to scan your card or ticket. There will be no entry permitted into the ground without a valid matchday ticket.
Bag searches
The Club reserves the right to conduct bag searches at the point of entry. No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the stadium. Any form of glass object or container as well as sharp items are prohibited. A full list of ground regulations can be found later in this pack.

To buy a match ticket or to make an enquiry, please head to the Nevil Road entrance.
On the day ticket collections
Matchday tickets are available for collection at the Nevil Road entrance.
Seat allocation
All tickets for this match are unallocated. May we take this opportunity to remind you that personal belongings must not be left unattended under any circumstances.
Members' Area
Members will be able to access seating on the Hammond Roof stand, but there will be no Members' area in the Grace Room for this match.
Premier Club
The Premier Club will be open for Premier Club Members only. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits & scorecards will be available, as well as access to the private bar with a reduced food offering.
Member Guest Passes
Members can claim their Member Guest Passes online via their login on https://www.eticketing.co.uk/glosccc/.
Alternatively, Member Guest Passes can be ordered via email to the Club ahead of the matchday.
Low and No Alcohol Stand
We have introduced a low alcohol and no alcohol blocks at the Seat Unique Stadium. Both of these block categories are situated within the Jack Russell Stand at the Ashley Down Road end of the ground. Please can we kindly remind spectators who have purchased tickets for these areas to abide by the rules for the comfort and enjoyment of all spectators in these stands.

We politely ask that you do not telephone the Membership & Ticketing Office as information can change quickly. Don’t forget, the decision on play is made by the on-field umpires and not the officials of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.
