Will Brown's 2.6 Challenge in aid of CLIC Sargent
4 May 2020
Gloucestershire Cricket CEO Will Brown recently took part in the 2.6 Challenge in aid of the Club’s city-based charity CLIC Sargent.
The challenge was launched to give support to charities that have been hugely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Numerous fundraising events were cancelled and major events across the UK such as the London Marathon have been postponed to later in the year.
To show support for our charity partner, Mr Brown and his family completed a number of challenges revolving around the number 26 (or 2.6), the number of miles in a marathon.
The 2.6 Challenge can be any activity based around the numbers 26 or 2.6 from walking 2.6 miles to dancing for 26 minutes a day. This is a challenge for all ages and abilities- one to get the whole family involved in.
Donations can be made through the CLIC Sargent’s 2.6 Challenge donation page here
