Bristol Pavilion Chef needs your vote in the Waitrose Cook-Off!

Damian Awford-Nash, our head chef at Gloucestershire CCC needs your vote in the Waitrose Cricket Cook Off!

Chefs from all 10 of England’s international cricket grounds have developed recipes for the cricket season, to be judged by a panel of experts. Voting closes on September 12

Damian has entered his Poached Scottish Salmon with Lemon Creme Fraiche, which is a big hit in The Bristol Pavilion's Grace Room.
