You will have received your ticket(s) via email. It will come from: Noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk (please check your junk or spam folders).

A reminder that the print at home ticket, that is in the form of a PDF file, can either be printed or can be displayed on a mobile device.

Ticket holders are advised to make sure you have either the print at home ticket(s) or your original email that accompanied the e-ticket(s).

We would like to remind all spectators to arrive in plenty of time to get through the gates and security checks prior to the start time.

Gates open: 5pm
Fergie: 6pm

Judge Jules: 8pm
Ministry of Sound Classical: 9pm
End of show: 10:30pm*

*All times are estimates and may differ on the evening. 

Last entry will be granted at 9pm.

This is an outdoor event...

A reminder that this is an outdoor, uncovered event on grass so we advise sensible footwear as well as clothing that accounts for the British weather. Please remember:

•    This event is standing only as per ticket.
•    The entrance gate for this event will be at Ashely Down Road: BS7 9LU.
•    Please be aware that the entrance gate at Nevil Road will not be in operation. 
•    We are advising attendees to arrive in good time and to minimise what you bring to the venue. 
•    Bag searches will be in operation as well as security checks at the entrance.


What can’t I bring into the venue?

•    Food & drink with the exception of a non-glass refillable water bottle.
•    Personal chairs, picnic rugs or hampers.
•    Any item of glass – includes drinking bottles, perfume, make up etc.
•    Umbrellas.
•    Professional cameras, video or audio recording devices.
•    Sharpe objects including knives.
•    Flares, streamers or laser pens.
•    Any illegal substances.
•    Any bags  larger than 12" x 6" x 12”.

What can I bring into the venue?

•    Non-glass refillable water bottles and sealed plastic water bottles.
•    Bags UP TO 12" x 6" x 12” in size.
•    Coats and jackets.
•    Mobile phones but must not be used to take commercial pictures or record the performance.
•    Cigarettes, vapes, lighters – please be aware that the designated smoking area is on the hard standing behind the mound stand.
•    Smoking on the grass in front of the stage is NOT allowed and will lead to ejection.

At the ground...

Toilets can be found in the following areas:
•    Ground floor of the Pavilion (either side of the Jessop bar).
•    Behind the Mound Stand.

Drinks

The following bars will be available to purchase both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from:
•    Thatchers Bar and the Jessop Bar will both be open on the ground floor of the Pavilion.
•    6 O'clock Gin will be towards the rear of the crowd area, as well as the Shack Bar.

Food

Food will be available at the top of the site to the right of the stage, these will include:
•    Multi Unit – Burgers, chips, hotdogs.
•    Greek Street Food.
•    Pizzas – Gluten free options available.
•    Coffee and Donuts.
•    Pieminister Pies will be available from the Thatchers Bar.

Please not that we are a cashless venue.

 

Getting to the Venue...

Parking
There is no public parking available at the Seat Unique Stadium.

Blue Badge Parking

A limited number of blue badge parking will be available within the college carpark near the Ashley Down Road entrance. These are strictly pre-booked. (to book these please email: tickets@glosccc.co.uk prior to 12 pm on Friday 28th July).

Drop-Off / Pick-up points.
We advise using Ashley Down Road area around the Co-op and layby to be dropped off and picked up.

Bus Services
The Seat Unique Stadium is easily accessible by bus: Services 17, 70, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76 all run within a five-minute walk of the entrance. All buses operate at regular intervals throughout the day.

Train Services
The nearest train station to the Stadium is Montpelier, approximately one mile from the Club. The station has direct routes through to Bristol Temple Meads. Bristol Temple Meads has connections to Bristol Parkway.

Road Closure
Arthur Milton Street will be closed between 2pm-11pm.
