TICKETS

You should have now received your ticket(s) via email. It will have come from Noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk (please check your Junk or spam folders).

We have been made aware by our ticketing provider of an issue on some customer e-tickets that means the stand and seat details are not visible when the ticket is placed within an Apple or Google wallet.

This information can be found on the print at home attachment that also came as part of the original email.

A reminder that the print at home ticket, that is in the form of a PDF file, can either be printed or can be displayed on a mobile device.
Ticket holders are advised to make sure you have either the print at home ticket(s) or your original email that accompanied the e-ticket(s).

We would like to remind all spectators to arrive in plenty of time to get through gates and security checks prior to the start time of 18:30. The gates will open at 16:30.

Those arriving within 20 minutes before the start time may miss the start of play.

GROUPS

For groups, you will be able to send tickets to friends or family but please make sure that everyone has an individual ticket and that the same tickets do not get sent to multiple people.

In line with ECB regulations, tickets purchased for all International matches are non-refundable and must not be sold on for any more than face value via any third-party channels (Viagogo, Stub Hub etc). Tickets found for sale on these websites and others may be liable to be cancelled without warning.

Tickets can be passed to friends or family members for use, but the tickets will remain the property of the original purchaser, with the tickets being sent out around a week or two prior to the match.
