Live Streaming Operative – Gloucestershire Cricket
Gloucestershire Cricket is recruiting a Matchday Live Streaming Operative to support the ongoing improvement to our broadcast service for the Club’s fans and members.
This part-time opportunity will see the successful candidate operate the live stream of every non-televised Gloucestershire match throughout the 2022 season; supported by internal and external stakeholders to continually improve and develop the quality of the production.
This matchday role has a guaranteed number of working days throughout the 2022 season and would be suitable for someone with strong IT skills and an interest in broadcast and cricket. Training will be provided and learnt on the job, however previous experience in a live streaming or a broadcasting environment would be highly desirable but not required. An understanding of cricket and an insight into the needs of our fans are crucial.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to start their career working within professional sport with a broadcast, commercial and marketing focus.
We are looking for a values-driven, resilient individual with excellent organisational skills. The ideal person must be flexible and willing to work irregular working patterns and unsociable hours in response to matchday needs.
