Summer Smash! Ten10 Cricket Tournament & Sports Question Time - Friday 25 July

Making an appearance at the Brewin Dolphin Cheltenham Cricket Festival for the first time this year is our Summer Smash, Ten10 Cricket Tournament. This exciting afternoon of cricket features Mark Alleyne, Tony Wright and Sadiq Muhammad plus many more recognisable faces from the world of cricket and rugby!
The teams playing for the Ten10 Trophy are:
• Gloucester Rugby XI
• Gloucestershire Old Boys (ex-Pro Gloucestershire Cricketers)
• Gloucestershire Cricket Board XI (the best amateurs from the County)
• Brewin Dolphin Select XI
Gates open at 11.00 am with tickets on sale on the day for only £5 per Adult – Gloucestershire Members and 18s and under FREE entry! You can bring your car for just £2 and there’s plenty of parking available.
Play is scheduled as follows:
• 12.30 - Gloucestershire Cricket Board v Gloucestershire Old Boys
• 13.40 - Gloucester Rugby v Brewin Dolphin Select XI
• 14.50 - Gloucestershire Cricket Board v Gloucester Rugby
• 16.00 - Gloucestershire Old Boys v Brewin Dolphin Select XI
• 17.10 - Ten10 Tournament Final
• 18.20 - Finish and Trophy Presentation to the Winners
Off the field, there will be a choice of hot and cold snacks – a bar serving a range of refreshing drinks – and they’ll be lots of delicious ice cream!
Later in the evening, Gloucestershire Cricket and Brewin Dolphin proudly present a
Sports Question Time featuring:
• Sochi Olympic Gold Medallist, Lizzy Yarnold
• Former Gloucestershire Captain and England International cricketer, Mark Alleyne
• Former South Africa and Gloucestershire cricketing great, Mike Procter
• Former South Africa, Gloucester Rugby and Worcester Warrior, Thinus Delport
• Grand National & Gold Cup-winning trainer Kim Bailey
Tickets for the Sports Question Time are £35.00 plus VAT (which includes a Curry Supper). The evening gets underway at 7.00 pm and profits from the evening will be donated to LINC and Fredericks Foundation Gloucestershire.
