St Austell Brewery extends longstanding partnership with Gloucestershire Cricket
31 May 2023
St Austell Brewery has agreed a new five-year sponsorship with Gloucestershire Cricket. The renewed deal will see Tribute pale ale, St Austell’s flagship brand, become the club’s official beer.
A new Tribute bar area, by the Mound Stand, has been introduced as part of wider plans to enhance the match day experience at the Seat Unique Stadium. Cricket fans will be able to enjoy St Austell Brewery beers including Tribute pale ale, Proper Job IPA, Anthem British pale ale, and korev lager. Hospitality guests who are looking for an area to host can also book the korev terrace.
Visitors to Gloucestershire can expect competitions and giveaways on match days, from free pint vouchers to branded merchandise. Glos fans should keep an eye on St Austell Brewery’s social channels too, for exclusive promotional incentives throughout the year.

Laura McKay, Marketing & Communications Director, St Austell Brewery, said: “We are delighted to be continuing as Gloucestershire Cricket's official brewery partner until January 2028.
“Now in its tenth year, we are very proud of our longstanding relationship with the club. Tribute becoming its official beer is fitting, given the beer’s well-established connection of championing South West sports - from grassroots level - and bringing communities together.
“It’s exciting to see this relationship continue to grow, and we can’t wait to raise our Tribute glasses while celebrating Gloucestershire's future achievements.”
Neil Priscott, Chief Operating Officer at Gloucestershire Cricket, said: “St Austell has been a long-time supporter of Gloucestershire and we’re delighted to be working with them for a further five years. What’s really exciting about this year in particular is the addition of the Tribute Bar at the Seat Unique Stadium. The permanent container bar is new for the 2023 and will go a long way to helping the Club, alongside our in-house catering team, to take the food and drink offering and matchday experience at Gloucestershire home matches to the next level.”
