Sportsrooms teams up with Gloucestershire Cricket as Official Travel Partner
4 December 2024
Gloucestershire is delighted to announce a brand new partnership with travel and accommodation experts, Sportsrooms.
With a proven track record of working with the world’s sporting elite, Sportsrooms has signed an initial one-year deal to become Gloucestershire’s Official Travel Partner for the 2025 season. Sportsrooms, who already work with many Premier League football teams, Premiership rugby teams and professional counties, will assist Gloucestershire in sourcing hotel stays for the Club’s Men’s and Women’s away fixtures.
While putting athletes and teams at the heart of everything they do, the team at Sportsrooms will also help to reduce the Club’s travel costs and resources by significantly streamlining the process.
Cameron Hastie, Head of Cricket Operations at Gloucestershire Cricket, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Sportsrooms for the upcoming season. Having heard lots of great things about the service the team at Sportsrooms offer, it was a no-brainer for us to start working with them.
“Sportsrooms are well known in the professional sport industry for delivering excellent travel and accommodation support, and we are confident this partnership will simplify our travel arrangements throughout the 2025 season.”
Chris Newsham, Director at Sportsrooms, said: "At Sportsrooms we are delighted to be given the opportunity to work with Gloucestershire Cricket for their hotel and travel needs this season.
"As a business, we specialise in providing world-class service for elite athletes and look forward to the club joining our growing portfolio of professional sports teams. We are very excited for the new season ahead and look forward to a successful partnership both on and off the pitch"
