HOURS OF PLAY
Play is scheduled to commence at 10.30 am (subject to current weather conditions). An additional half hour of play has been allocated to this match. Should the match be shortened, 20 overs per side will constitute a full game.
Prospects for play will be updated regularly throughout the day.
Additional information is given below on the match ticket refund policy - which is also printed on the reverse of your match ticket.
GROUND ENTRY
Gates will open from 8.30 am. Please note that Nevil Road will be closed to traffic on Monday 25 August. The main gates on Nevil Road will, however, be open for pedestrian access and is the gate to use for the collection of pre-purchased tickets. Pedestrian access is also available via the City of Bristol College (off Ashley Down Road).
Plan your journey in advance and leave plenty of time to get to the ground
Please note that there will be NO tickets for sale on the day. Unless you have already purchased a ticket, please do not travel.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
There is NO public car parking at the Bristol County Ground on 25 August and we strongly recommend that you use one of the Park and Ride facilities that have been arranged with First, the University of the West of England (UWE) and Bristol City Council.
The Park and Rides will be based in Car Park 20 at UWE’s Frenchay Campus, Coldharbour Lane (BS16 1QY) and at the Bristol City Council park and ride facility on the A4 Portway, near Avonmouth (BS11 9QE). Buses will operate from 8.15 am (Click here to see the bus timetable) , and will operate later if the match finishes late. Parking will be FREE and clearly signed from main routes into the City.
RETURN FARE TO THE BRISTOL COUNTY GROUND:
£8.00 per car (five people, max. three adults) or £4.00 per adult

Food and Drink
Cash only bars will be open throughout the ground. For those wishing to withdraw cash on the ground, there is a LINK cash machine for public use which is located in the main office reception area.
The food courts around the ground will offer a variety of food and drink options and there will also be ice cream vans on site. Plenty of vegetarian and halal food options will be available around the ground

ADMISSION TO THE BRISTOL COUNTY GROUND IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
- Due to ICC regulations all spectators and their bags will be searched on each occasion they enter the ground.
- Please do not leave your bags unattended at any time.
- Alcohol, metal cans or glass containers may not be brought into the ground any time.
- No musical instruments, large flags/banners, sticks, poles, knives or other similar sharp objects are allowed.
- The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in Stand F.
- Smoking is not permitted in any stand.
- Please retain your match ticket at all times during the day. You must show your ticket to be admitted to the stand.
- If you wish to leave the ground you must have your match ticket endorsed before leaving. Your match ticket must be presented at the turnstiles in order for you to be re-admitted.
- Spectators who enter the playing area are liable to be arrested by the Police and face prosecution under the Public Order Act and/or be fined £1,000 for Aggravated Trespass.
- The use of threatening behaviour, foul or abusive language, indecent or racist chanting or comment will not be tolerated.
- In the event of an emergency, it may be necessary to evacuate the ground, please follow the directions of the stewards.
- Should you require any help or assistance during your visit please contact the nearest steward.
- Admittance to the venue is subject to Ground Regulations, a fully copy can be obtained on request. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in ejection from the Ground and possible further action.
- Please note that due to space limitations all children, including babies, will require a ticket for this match.

REFUND SCHEME
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which a ticket is valid you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being (a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained – a full refund; (b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained – a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque. To claim your refund simply send your ticket, with the name of the payee, address, postcode and email in block capitals to A R D Response, Dept P414, PO Box 15, East Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date. There is no need to include an envelope. Please allow 30 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. For refund queries call 0844 576 8088 (9 to 5 Mon to Fri).
