Day 3 Match Update:
Craig Miles took his wicket tally in the match to five by claiming 3-66 in Worcestershire's second innings before the match ended in a draw.
After the morning session was lost to rain, Gloucestershire declared their first innings on the overnight 224-2, with Cameron Herring unbeaten on 70 and Ian Cockbain 47 not out.
That left 60 overs left in the day to bowl at Worcestershire, who closed on 169-7, Jack Taylor taking 2-36 and Tom Smith 1-26.
Day 2 Match Update:
Cameron Herring top scored with an unbeaten 70 as Gloucestershire ran up 224-2 on a rain-shortened second day.
The wicketkeeper shared an unbroken stand of 123 with Ian Cockbain (47 not out) after Benny Howell and Dan Housego had given the team a solid start.
At the start of the day 52 overs were lost because the bowlers' run-ups were wet. Play began at 4.15pm with Gloucestershire 43-0 in reply to 298.
Howell and Housego extended their first wicket stand to 96 before Howell fell for 68. His partner soon followed for 31, but that was the last success for the Worcestershire bowlers.
Day 1 Match Update:
Craig Miles claimed two wickets on his return after injury as Gloucestershire second XI bowled out their Worcestershire counterparts for 298 at the start of the three-day friendly at Dean Close School.
The seamer finished with 2-28 from ten overs following his recovery from a back problem, but saw his side frustrated by a last-wicket stand of 60. Tom Smith returned 2-52 from 26 overs.
By the close of day one Gloucestershire had replied with an unbroken stand of 43 between Dan Housego and Benny Howell.
Gareth Roderick is also returning after injury in the game, playing as a batsman, while Cameron Herring keeps wicket, as he completes recovery from a broken finger.
