Pre-season preparations step up a gear as players move into marquee

Gloucestershire’s players have stepped-up their pre-season preparations by moving into a marquee on the Bristol County Ground square.
The 50m x 15m tent allows the squad to practice on grass a month earlier than they would normally be able to.
It is the second year they have used the purpose-built marquee, which will be in place until March 17.
With the first game against Durham MCCU on March 31 quickly approaching, head coach Richard Dawson took his players to the National Performance Centre at Loughborough last week to give them a change of scene and allow bowlers to come off their full run-ups.
