Playing Staff Announcement - Ian Saxelby

Unfortunately Ian's poor luck with injuries has continued. Following further issues with his right shoulder, Ian will be unavailable for the remainder of this season.

On Wednesday 12 June, he underwent surgery to repair his right bicep. This is the shoulder that he had major surgery on for recurrent dislocation back in 2010.

Ian will now undergo a rehabilitation programme for his shoulder and hopefully be in a position to return for the start of the 2014 season.

Everyone at Gloucestershire Cricket wishes him a speedy recovery.
