4 November 2020
Gloucestershire’s most capped T20 player Ian Cockbain has been voted as the winner of the John Higson Trophy for best One-Day Performance of the Season after his emphatic display against Birmingham Bears at Edgbaston in September.
All Gloucestershire supporters will remember this performance as one of the finest innings in Gloucestershire’s T20 history.
Cockbain smashed his way to 84 runs off only 35 balls, his superb innings included a staggering seven 6’s along with six 4’s.
