New training facility available at BS7 Gym

It’s an exciting start to the year at BS7 Gym, the indoor cricket nets that were located towards the back of the gym have now been refurbished and developed into a new ‘Performance Zone’ which is now used by the Gloucestershire Cricket Professionals along with Members of BS7 Gym to help improve the training experience.
The new Performance Zone greatly enhances the training experience at BS7 Gym, bringing new equipment not previously available.
The new Performance Zone blends the best of traditional training, functional approaches and strength and conditioning to create a unique fitness area serving all training requirements.
BS7 Gym are having an Open Week at the Gym (commencing Monday 21st) next week. You will have the opportunity to visit and try out the new Performance Zone along with all of the other training areas that are provided at BS7 Gym.

The Performance Zone will be open for BS7 Gym Members at 7am-9am and will then re-open at 1pm until close (Mon-Fri). It will be available to use all hours of the day over weekends.
Between the hours of 9am – 1pm (Mon-Fri), the Gloucestershire Cricket professionals will be using the new facility as part of their on-going training.
