BS7 Gym – located within the grounds of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club - has recently been refurbished and is now equipped with state of the art equipment.
As well as training in the gym, members can also use the squash court, or take part in the variety of classes that are included in membership. All personal trainers are highly qualified to ensure members receive the best support and make the most of their training.
BS7 Gym also provides a high quality exercise facility for members of the community alongside Gloucestershire cricket professionals. They are set in a secure environment with plenty of free car parking available.

BS7 Gym is also delighted to announce arrangements for an “exclusive” exercise class which has been especially designed for Ashley Down Primary School (Brunel Field) parents or carers.
A weekly programme – commencing on Friday 9 November 2012 – and continuing every Friday thereafter (excluding Friday 28 December 2012) for a period of 10 weeks has been designed for those who prefer a morning training session whilst the children are safely in school.
The class will use varied exercises to target and tone your whole body, while keeping you on the go to ensure cardio is included. No need for a coffee - after this class you’ll be ready to face the day full of energy and confidence!
The weekly cost of this exclusive offer will be £2.00 per person and there are 12 places available on a “first come-first served” basis. Payment for all 10 sessions (£20.00) in advance please to secure your place. Each 45 minute session will commence at 9.15 am.
