Muchall Excels As Second XI Win

Paul Muchall hit 23 not out and took 3-14 as Gloucestershire comfortably won their Second XI Trophy match against MCC A at Bradfield College.

The county ran up 193, Ian Cockbain hitting 44 and Richard Coughtrie 43 before dismissing their opponents for 93 to complete victory by 100 runs.

Graeme McCarter continued his good form for the second XI by claiming three wickets for just nine runs.
