Members' AGM Update

22 September 2020

We wanted to send you an urgent communication as we have become aware over the last 48 hours that for some members there has been an issue with Royal Mail in delivering the AGM correspondence and voting slips to send back to the Club.

The AGM was originally scheduled for next Tuesday (29th September) but we have today taken the unfortunate but necessary decision to postpone the AGM and all matters relating to it to 7pm on Tuesday October 20th 2020. We believe it is crucial that all members have an appropriate amount of time to read and respond to the information in the AGM pack and this can only fairly be achieved by delaying the meeting.

We have also moved the last date for us to receive papers (inclusive voting papers relating to the ballot for membership of the Executive Board) to 5pm on Monday 12th October 2020.

We will be reissuing all of the relevant papers but if you have already responded then your comments and votes will be counted and there is no need to respond again.

Given the current climate the AGM will proceed as planned as a “Zoom” call and details of this will be provided both in the AGM papers and via our online channels nearer the time.

If there is anything else you wish to discuss, then please email our membership team by clicking on the link here, alternatively you can call the team on 0117 910 8017.

We apologise for this unforeseen event. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Many thanks, Gloucestershire Cricket
