Matt Steps Up To Face Hampshire

Matt Taylor was a surprise selection in Gloucestershire's team for the opening LV=County Championship match of the season against Hampshire at Bristol.
Ian Saxelby had been expected to lead the pace attack, but after assessing conditions it was decided that left-arm seamer Matt offered the better option.
The rest of the line-up, led by skipper Michael Klinger was as had been anticipated. Hampshire won the toss and elected to field.
