Parking:  Please note that unless you have already purchased a 2014 parking permit, or are a Premier Club Member, match day parking at the Bristol County Ground will not be available for the 2014 season.

Parking for the above-mentioned permit holders (on match days) will be available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

During the 2014 season, there will be restricted parking available for permit holders and we appreciate your co-operation.

A number of additional car parking spaces will be made available at the City of Bristol College Student Car Park (off Ashley Down Road) – again, these are being offered on a first come, first served basis for permit holders – subject to availability. For the largest matches, including International games, we operate park and ride facilities. In addition, we have a limited number of disabled car parking spaces available.

Pedestrian Access:  Entry to the Bristol County Ground (for pedestrians) will be available via the Grace Gates, Nevil Road or via the City of Bristol College (off Ashley Down Road).

Public Transport:  To help cricket fans plan their journeys to and from the matches, First West of England has created a special page on their website.  Found at www.firstgroup.com/bristolcricket, it lists all the forthcoming fixtures while also offering information about the bus services running close by and the cost of travel. For more information about First in the West of England or to view or download timetable information, log onto www.firstgroup.com/bristol.

Alcohol Policy: For Twenty20 matches, no admittance with alcohol.

DOMESTIC TICKET EXCHANGE / REFUND SCHEME:  Play is not guaranteed and ticket exchanges/refunds will only be given if, due to adverse weather conditions, less than 25 overs take place (less than 10 in the case of NatWest T20 Blast games) and no result is obtained on the day for which this ticket is valid.

Exchanges:  The ticket may be exchanged for a new ticket to any one day of a 2014 GCCC home game, excluding any play-off or final stages and (subject to ground capacity) NatWest T20 Blast matches. To exchange the ticket your application must be made in writing, enclosing the ticket with your name and address in block capitals and stating the date for which the new ticket is required, to the address below. Please send your request as soon as possible and allow at least 7 days for your new ticket to be received. Tickets cannot be exchanged on the gate on a match day.

Refunds:  Alternatively, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket, subject to an administration fee of £2.00 per application (this will be deducted from the refund). More than one ticket can be refunded per application but the refund will be payable to the person submitting the refund application. To claim a refund you must send the ticket with your name and address in block capitals to the address below and make sure that it arrives no later than 28 days after the match stated on the ticket.

The Ticket Office, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, Nevil Road, Bristol, BS7 9EJ Tel: 0117 910 8000 or 0117 910 8010.  All booking and administration fees are non-refundable.
