Mark Alleyne discusses his emotions after being appointed Head Coach of Gloucestershire and his expectations for the Club's T20 Vitality Blast, County Championship and Metro Bank One-Day Cup campaign.

Also, Alleyne discusses his coaching philosophy, the Club's pre-season tour in South Africa, and shares his thoughts about Shire's potential starting XI for the first game of the season against Derbyshire on April 5th.
