Loanee Zak Chappell recalled by Notts Outlaws for upcoming Vitality Blast fixtures
23 June 2022
Zak Chappell has been recalled from his loan at Gloucestershire for Notts Outlaws' two Vitality Blast North Group fixtures against Derbyshire and Durham.
Chappell, who has spent the last couple of months on loan at The Shire, will return to Trent Bridge for the Outlaws’ next two fixtures, set to be played tonight and tomorrow (Friday), with a view to returning to the Seat Unique Stadium for LV= Insurance County Championship action thereafter.
The 25-year-old fast bowler is on loan at Gloucestershire until 15 July having had his initial month-long-loan extended.
Steve Snell, Performance Director at Gloucestershire Cricket, said: “It’s been great to have Zak with us. He’s been excellent around the group with his personality and has added some excellent attributes on the field when representing Gloucestershire; we hope to see more of him this summer.”
