International cricket returns to the Bristol County Ground

Gloucestershire County Cricket Club today announced that International Cricket will be returning to the Bristol County Ground on Monday 25 August 2014.
The Club’s outgoing Chief Executive, Tom Richardson, said: “We are delighted that International cricket is returning to the Bristol County Ground in 2014. We are pleased to be hosting England v India next year and this will be the 15th time that a One Day International has been played in Bristol. What is even more exciting is that the match is scheduled to be played on Monday 25 August – cricket on a summer bank holiday will be a fantastic opportunity for a great family day out.”
