Hampton & Hammond added to squad for Somerset T20 double-header

Tom Hampton and Miles Hammond (pictured) are set for their first taste of pre-season action today as Gloucestershire take on Somerset in a T20 double header at Taunton Vale CC.
On-loan Yorkshire bowler Josh Shaw and Academy seamer Ollie Currill also come into the squad as Craig Miles, Liam Norwell and Kieran Noema-Barnett make way from the team that played in the recent three-day friendly.
Allrounder Jack Taylor will captain the side in the absence of Michael Klinger who will take over as skipper in the shorter forms on his return from Australia in May.

The Gloucestershire squad in full is: Tom Smith, Chris Dent, Gareth Roderick (wkt), Hamish Marshall, George Hankins, Jack Taylor, David Payne, Chris Liddle, Matt Taylor, Josh Shaw, Tom Hampton, Miles Hammond, Ollie Currill.
Somerset fans will have their first chance to see new-signings Michael Leask and Roelof van der Merwe who have recently returned from the World T20 where they played for Scotland and the Netherlands respectively.
The Somerset squad is: Jim Allenby (captain), Tom Abell, Alex Barrow, Adam Hose, Josh Davey, Ryan Davies, Lewis Gregory, Tim Groenewald, , James Hildreth, Michael Leask, Roelof van der Merwe, Craig Overton, Pete Trego and Max Waller.
