Hammond In England Under-19 Squad

Miles Hammond has received a late call into the England Under-19 squad for two Youth Test Matches against South Africa.

The first at Fenners starts today, while the second at Northampton begins next Thursday. Both are four-day games,

Off-spinner Miles, 18, has been a regular member of previous England Under-19 squads. His last appearance was against Australia in a one-day international in Dubai last February.

The promising Cheltenham-born youngster has already appeared in all formats of the domestic game for Gloucestershire, making two first class appearances, plus two in List A games and one in T20.
