Gloucestershire welcomes ECB's plan to make cricket a more inclusive sport
25 September 2023
The England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has today published the game's response to the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC) report, outlining an action plan to make cricket a more inclusive sport.
Wide-ranging action aims to tackle discrimination and break down barriers for women and girls, people from lower socio-economic groups, and ethnically diverse communities. Today's response follows a three-month period of consultation and will accelerate and bolster work already underway across the game.
Gloucestershire Cricket welcome's the ECB's response and remains committed to working alongside its colleagues across the game to ensure cricket is a game for everyone.
