Gloucestershire v Glamorgan - Ticket exchange/refund information

Following the conclusion of the Specsavers County Championship match, Gloucestershire v Glamorgan at Cheltenham, in two days, the club has issued the following directive regarding tickets for the third and fourth days.

For supporters who have purchased hospitality for Wednesday 5th July, hospitality will continue as normal on 5th July. An exhibition match is being played at the festival, featuring Gloucestershire legends and future stars. Click here for more information

Customers who have purchased tickets for the third and fourth day of this match, Wednesday the 5th and Thursday the 6th, may exchange their tickets or receive a refund.

To exchange tickets for the second Specsavers County Championship at the Cheltenham Festival, Gloucestershire v Worcestershire (July 9th-12th), supporters can simply take their tickets to the gate on a day of their choice and they will be swapped on the gate on the day.

The second Championship match is Gloucestershire v Worcestershire, starting on Sunday 9 July.

If customers wish to exchange their ticket for either the NatWest T20 Blast against Middlesex on Friday 7 July, or against Kent on Thursday 13 July, they must bring their purchased tickets to the Cheltenham College ground on Wednesday 5 July to exchange in person.

Tickets for the T20 matches are limited and are only available on a first come first served basis. The ground will be open from 10am until 4pm on Wednesday. Please head towards the club office at the chapel end of the ground to exchange your tickets.


If customers wish to apply for a refund, please follow the instructions below:
You may claim a refund of up to the face value of the ticket, subject to an administration fee of £2.00 per application (this will be deducted from the refund).

More than one ticket can be refunded per application but the refund will be payable to the person submitting the refund application. To claim a refund you must send the ticket with your name and address in block capitals to the address below and make sure that it arrives no later than 28 days after the match stated on the ticket.

Please note; no exchanges or refunds will be made unless tickets are returned – proof of purchase alone is not sufficient.
