Gloucestershire groundsman wins award

Gloucestershire groundsman Nick Pepper won the ‘Institute of Groundsmanship Rigby Taylor/Top Green Young Grounds Person’ of the year award.
The IOG Industry Awards acknowledges the passion, dedication and challenges faced by grounds staff, volunteers and professionals across all levels of sport.
Pepper, who has been with Gloucestershire over the last three seasons was up against two other nominees – Pierre Bagot (Stade Rennais: France) and Ollie Deeming (Northampton Saints).
The IOG Industry Awards will be took place on Wednesday 30 October and was hosted by BBC TV presenter Dan Walker at The Vox, located in Resorts World at the Birmingham NEC.
Everyone at Gloucestershire Cricket would like to congratulate Nick on winning the award.
