Gloucestershire Cricket Trust: Community Impact Report
9 January 2023
Gloucestershire Cricket continues to embed itself into the community through community projects and programmes supporting those in need.
The Club have delivered a huge variety of initiatives over the last year that have connected people of Bristol and Gloucestershire with the Club, players, and other charitable organisations, reaching beyond the boundaries of cricket.
Welcoming refugees to our cricket centre, recycling cricket equipment into new homes, packing Christmas hampers for families in need, and hosting two wonderful Community days during the season, the Gloucestershire Cricket Trust (GCT) had an extraordinary impact in 2022.

Pete Lamb, Head of Community at Gloucestershire Cricket, said:
“2022 saw numerous new initiatives take place alongside existing programmes, all of which re-engaged our community after two COVID-impacted years.
The past year saw the GCT facilitate more projects and programmes than ever before. We’re excited by the opportunity to expand the Trust’s reach and impact in 2023, and in turn support more people through the challenges they may be facing.”
