Gloucestershire Cricket Continue Partnership with Hunter Selection
2 March 2021
Gloucestershire Cricket are pleased to announce a continued partnership with Hunter Selection for the 2021 season. Hunter Selection will remain as the Vitality Blast front of shirt sponsor for the highly anticipated tournament, which kicks off on Thursday 10 June with a visit to Glamorgan at Sophia Gardens.
The leading engineering, manufacturing, service, and technology recruitment company based in Bristol will be front and centre of the 2021 Vitality Blast shirt. Gloucestershire Members and supporters would have seen a lot of the Hunter Selection logo over the past couple of seasons since the partnership started, as the Club has embarked on a strong Vitality Blast run which had seen the team reach the quarter-finals in 2019 and finals day for the first time in over a decade last year.
Founder and Managing Director of Hunter Selection, Russell Smith commented on the continued partnership. He said:
“After the frustrations of last year and reaching Finals Day behind closed doors it is so exciting to look forward to the 2021 Vitality Blast season and the opportunity to see world class cricket in Bristol and Cheltenham again. The evening game atmosphere under lights and the uniqueness of the Cheltenham Festival will be savoured all the more this year as we realise just what we have been missing. “
Gloucestershire Commercial Director Neil Priscott added: “Hunter Selection is an outstanding partner for Gloucestershire Cricket and we are delighted to be working with them again. It’s not just about a logo on our T20 shirt; they’re an active participant in all of our work, and a huge contributor to the wider ‘Glos Family’. It’s a privilege to have them on board and we’re so pleased that they are passionate about what we are doing.
Hunter’s support during a challenging 2020 was hugely appreciated and demonstrated that we share core values across the board, and we very much look forward to continuing our partnership in the year ahead.”
With Vitality Blast fixtures now announced, we can now look forward to an exciting action packed T20 cricket campaign in both Bristol and Cheltenham.
Supporters will be able to see Gloucestershire showcasing the T20 shirt in the Vitality Blast through the Club’s online streaming service via the Match Centre and on Sky Sports Cricket.
