Gloucester road traders
2 February 2015
SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BEFORE AND AFTER THE MATCH.
The Bristol County Ground is just minutes away from Gloucester Road - the longest High Street of independent shops in the country, so in partnership with the traders, we’ve set up what is best described as a loyalty card scheme.
On match days – especially in the build up to the Friday night NatWest T20 Blast games, we want the whole of Gloucester Road to have a festival atmosphere so whether people are coming to watch the game or not, there is a real buzz about the place.
Traders along Gloucester Road are the key part in creating this electric atmosphere so we hand out free kit including t-shirts, face paint, posters and flyers to use in their premises.
In return we then promote those businesses to fans on the big screen during games as well as in all our pre-match information and our website where fans can enjoy exclusive match day discounts.
