England Men and Women fixtures at the Seat Unique Stadium in 2023
Wednesday 12 July 2023: 1st ODI, England Women v Australia Women, Seat Unique Stadium, Bristol, 1pm
Tuesday 26 September 2023: 3rd ODI, England Men v Ireland Men, Seat Unique Stadium, Bristol, 12.30pm
For the first time ever, the Seat Unique Stadium will host the Women’s Ashes as Heather Knight’s side look to build on their formidable form in Bristol when they go head-to-head with the touring Australians in a one-day international on home soil in July next year. England Women ended the 2022 season unbeaten in Bristol and will be hoping their home-from-home at Nevil Road will bring a vital win in the hunt to re-gain The Ashes.
England Men, meanwhile, take on Ireland at the Seat Unique Stadium in late September next year – the squad’s last outing at home before they travel to India to defend their ODI World Cup title. Jos Buttler’s side will be looking to fine-tune their skills in front of a packed Bristol crowd in what will be the third of three ODIs vs the Irish visitors. This is your chance to give England a memorable send-off after what promises to be a box-office summer of Ashes cricket in England and Wales.
Here's our ticket on-sale and priority windows timeline:
Will Brown, Chief Executive at Gloucestershire Cricket, said: "Getting sight of our international matches is always a key moment in the year and once again 2023 looks like another exciting year. One of the highlights for many will be the England v Australia Women’s Ashes One Day International on July 12th 2023. The Ashes is such a special occasion and to see the current and former world champions going toe to toe will be fantastic.
"Our England Men’s One Day International between England and Ireland on 26th September 2023 will also be a great showpiece as we end the season at Bristol and bid farewell to England before the defence of their ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India.
"International cricket at Bristol is always exciting with records frequently tumbling during matches and regular sell-out matches. We’d encourage visitors to join our ballot to have the best opportunity of securing your tickets.”
