Get ready to ooh and ahh at Glos Cricket’s fabulous fireworks display
4 October 2022
A spectacular night of dazzling colours and twinkling skies is coming to the Seat Unique Stadium this November as Glos hosts its first fireworks display in seven years.
Immerse yourself in the wonder of Bonfire Night at the home of Gloucestershire Cricket on Friday 4 November. The fun-filled fireworks extravaganza in the heart of your local community is perfect for the whole family and is not to be missed!
Families, friends, work colleagues and neighbours can enjoy all the food, games and stalls that makes fireworks season so special, with the evening climaxing with a fabulous fireworks spectacle.
Gates Open – 5pm
Final admittance - 6.30pm
Fireworks display - 6.45pm
Tickets are priced at £8 for adults, £5 for children (u16) with under 4s free. Tickets can be purchased online HERE and via the Gloucestershire Cricket reception Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. All online and telephone ticket buyers must collect their wristbands from reception ahead of the event.
The event has been organised in partnership with the Ashley Down Schools Federation and will raise money for the Club’s Charity Partner, Children’s Hospice South West. Collections will be taken on the night as Gloucestershire continues to show its support for the children and families the hospices look after.
Sparklers will not be permitted inside the event but there will be entertainment throughout the evening as Gloucestershire looks to end 2022 with a bang!
Neil Priscott, Deputy Chief Executive at Gloucestershire Cricket, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing a brand new fireworks display event to North Bristol, the Club’s first since 2015, and delighted to be working with our friends at the Ashley Down Schools Federation in putting it together. After spending all summer with our fabulous supporters and local community, we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for what promises to be a spectacular evening of Bonfire Night festivities.
“The event is perfect for the whole family with children of all ages encouraged to come along. We’re used to memorable evenings on the field at Gloucestershire Cricket and we’re very excited for another one on Friday 4 November.”
Georgina Angel, PSA at the Ashley Down Schools Federation, said: "Ashley Down and Brunel Field Primary School are so excited to be working with Gloucestershire to bring this fabulous event to our local community. It’s going to be a great evening with lots of fun activities for the kids. You’ll be able to get your tickets through school soon as well as the Gloucestershire Cricket Reception. Make sure you wrap up warm, we look forward to seeing everyone there!”
