Former Glos player John Sullivan has sadly died aged 75

Former Gloucestershire player John Sullivan has sadly died aged 75.
John passed away this morning, Saturday 3 June. A former wicketkeeper and right-hand-bat, John represented The Shire for nine years between 1968 and 1977. During his time at Gloucestershire the Club won two major trophies; the Gillette Cup in 1973 and the Benson and Hedges Cup in 1977, and also finished runners-up in the County Championship in 1969.
John made 38 appearances for Gloucestershire in First-Class and List A cricket and was a one-club player at Nevil Road.
The Gloucestershire flag at the Seat Unique Stadium will fly at half-mast during tomorrow's double-header matchday involving Gloucestershire and Western Storm as a mark of respect to John's life and his passing.
The thoughts of everyone at Gloucestershire Cricket are with John's family and friends at this sad time.
