Festival update: Hospitality and Ticket buyers

9 July 2015

Gloucestershire's stunning victory over Northants in just two days means there will be no play at the Brewin Dolphin Cheltenham Cricket Festival on Friday (10 July) or Saturday (11 July).

Hospitality at the festival on Friday 10th July will still go ahead and we look forward to welcoming you for sunshine, food and drink. Please arrive as normal from 10.30am.

We will be having a Q&A session with Gloucestershire players, followed by lunch (12.30pm). We will then be showing the England v Australia Ashes match, as well as the Andy Murray semi-final.....and a few nice surprises too!

To all supporters who have pre-purchased a general admission ticket for either day 3 or day 4 of the match, please see the refund policy below:

In addition to this refund policy, if you wish to attend the Leicestershire LV= County Championship at the festival (15 - 18 July) you can exchange your ticket on the gate, on the day. If you wish to exchange your ticket for the NatWest T20 Blast match against Hampshire on Tuesday (14 July) at the festival, this can be done by coming to the Festival ground tomorrow (Friday) between 9am - 3pm.

Ticket Exchange and Refund Scheme: Play is not guaranteed and ticket exchanges/refunds will only be given if, due to adverse weather conditions, less than 25 overs take place (less than 10 in the case of T20 Blast games) and no result is obtained on the day for which this ticket is valid.

Exchanges: The ticket may be exchanged for a new ticket to any one day of a 2015 GCCC home game, excluding any play-off or final stages and (subject to ground capacity) T20 Blast matches. To exchange the ticket your application must be made in writing, enclosing the ticket with your name and address in block capitals and stating the date for which the new ticket is required, to the address below. Please send your request as soon as possible and allow at least 7 days for your new ticket to be received. Tickets cannot be exchanged on the gate on a match day.

Refunds: Alternatively, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket, subject to an administration fee of £2.00 per application (this will be deducted from the refund). More than one ticket can be refunded per application but the refund will be payable to the person submitting the refund application. To claim a refund you must send the ticket with your name and address in block capitals to the address below and make sure that it arrives no later than 28 days after the match stated on the ticket.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNLESS TICKETS ARE RETURNED – PROOF OF PURCHASE ALONE IS NOT SUFFICIENT. IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES CAN TICKETS BE EXCHANGED OR MONEY REFUNDED.

The Ticket Office, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, Nevil Road, Bristol, BS7 9EJ Tel: 0117 910 8000/8010. All booking and administration fees are non-refundable.
