England v India ODI tickets on general sale from Monday 25 November 2013

India's eagerly awaited tour of England in summer 2014 will encompass five Investec Test Matches, a five match One-Day International series and a NatWest T20 International.

International Cricket Returns to Bristol! Tickets for the first One Day International will go on sale to the general public from 9.00 am on Monday 25 November.  This match between England and India is being held at the Bristol County Ground on Bank Holiday Monday - 25 August 2014.  This will be the first International match to be played at the newly refurbished home of Gloucestershire Cricket.

Following the success of ticket sales for previous International matches held at the Bristol County Ground, Gloucestershire Cricket is urging its supporters to buy their tickets early to avoid missing out.  A capacity crowd of 16,000 is expected at The Bristol County Ground with a TV audience of c. 100 million people watching the game from around the globe.

Gloucestershire Cricket Chief Executive, Will Brown said:  “We are very excited about hosting England v India for their first ODI next summer.  Our new ground will be the perfect venue for cricket fans to enjoy this match. Gloucestershire Cricket has undergone an extensive redevelopment programme over the past 12 months which will culminate with the completion of the new Mound Stand in the spring of 2014.  The Bristol Pavilion will offer first class hospitality for both private parties and corporate guests.

“With the match taking place on the August Bank Holiday Monday this is the perfect opportunity for cricket fans of all ages and backgrounds to attend without the need for time off work or school and we look forward to welcoming a new generation of cricket fans and, with this in mind, have lowered our Under 16 ticket prices to encourage more young people to come along.”

Ticket prices as follows:

Band A - Adults £75   U16s £25

Band B - Adults £65   U16s £22

Band C - Adults £55   U16s £18

A booking fee of £1.50 per ticket will be applied when buying online or by phone. Full terms and conditions – together with a seating plan – will be available online from 25 November 2013
