Match Day Information -
We look forward to welcoming England and India to The Brightside Ground, Bristol on Sunday 8 July for an International T20 match for what promises to be a memorable day.
We are advising supporters to arrive at the ground early to avoid any congestion at The Brightside Ground. The gates open at 12.00pm, so grab a drink, take your seat and enjoy the build up!

Pre purchased tickets -
Please check your tickets before you arrive at the ground. All ticket purchasers who are collecting their tickets on the gate, please head to the Ashley Down Road entrance.
The main entrance to the ground is via Ashley Down Road, postcode BS7 9LU.
Nevil Road Closure -
Please note that Nevil Road will be closed to all vehicles from 9.00 am on Sunday 8 July. The road will re-open again approximately 1 hour after the close of play. - For more information on this - please click here.
There is no public car parking at The Brightside Ground, Bristol, and the club strongly recommends that you use one of the Park and Ride facilities that have been arranged with First Group (see below for more information).

Park & Ride Service -
Park and Ride facilities have been arranged with First Group. There are two options; the University of the West of England (UWE) based at UWE’s Exhibition and Conference Centre (postcode: BS34 8QZ) and Bristol City Council's car park on the A4 Portway, near Avonmouth (postcode BS11 9QE).
Buses will run from 10.30am am until 2.00pm, and will operate for at least two hours after the match. Parking will be free and directions to the parking sites will be clearly sign posted from main routes into the City.
Return fare to The Brightside Ground, Bristol – £5 per adult - Children 15 and under travel free of charge with a fare paying adult.

BY BUS
The Brightside Ground on Nevil Road is easily accessible by bus. Services 17, 70, 71, 73 75/76, T2 run within a five minute walk of the main entrance using stops on the nearby Gloucester Road (Services 71, 73, 75/76, T2), Muller Road (Service 17) and Ashley Down Road (Service 70). All buses operate at very regular intervals, with services 70, 75 and 76 – even running 24 hours a day.

BY TRAIN AND BUS
For those travelling by train Bristol Temple Meads is in the centre of Bristol and Bristol Parkway is to the north. There are regular bus services from both stations to the ground. Catch the number 70 or 73 bus from Bristol Temple Meads or 73 from Bristol Parkway. There are also taxi ranks at both stations.

In addition, on 8 July, Bristol City Centre will be closed to traffic to allow the HSBC UK Let’s Ride family biking event and British Cycling Grand Prix races to take place. For further information, please visit the Bristol City Council website via this link.
Food & Drink -
CASH ONLY bars will be open throughout the ground. For those wishing to withdraw cash on the ground, there is only one LINK cash machine for public use which is located in the Main Office Reception area.
The food courts around the ground will offer a variety of food and drink options and there will also be ice cream vans on site. A vegetarian option will also be available.
We would like to remind spectators that no alcohol is allowed to be brought in to the ground. Spectators are welcome to bring their own soft drink and food but only in plastic containers. Glass, cans and sharp implements will be confiscated at the gate.

The forecast for Sunday is warm and sunny with temperatures in the afternoon expected to reach a high of 28c.

When you arrive make sure you keep an eye out for the FREE goodies on offer.
Stewarding -
For this International fixture we have increased the number of Stewards in and around the ground. A Police presence will also be in and around the ground. We would ask all visitors to respect our local neighbours and leave the premises quietly at the end of the match.
Pre match Food & Drink
Our friends over at Boston Tea Party - located at the bottom of Nevil Road are having a BBQ from 10:00am. There will be a Face Paint Fundraiser for the Grand appeal alongside Live Music.
