Digby Associates support the next generation as 2024 Talent Pathway shirt sponsor
2 February 2024
Digby Associates has pledged its support to the next generation of Gloucestershire players as Official Front of Shirt Sponsor of Club’s Talent Pathway for 2024.
The new one-year deal will see Digby Associates’ logo adorned on the shirt of all of Gloucestershire’s Academy teams, right from U10s to U18s, for the duration of the upcoming season. The Bristol-based wealth management firm first partnered with Glos in 2022 as Zafar Gohar’s player sponsor and have decided to elevate their support of the Club and its up and coming cohort of players.
In July last season, Gloucestershire also hosted Digby Associates’ Family Fun Day at the Seat Unique Stadium as the company enjoyed a cricket-inspired day away from the office.
Gloucestershire’s Talent Pathway teams will wear the new 2024 playing shirts featuring Digby Associates’ logo during the upcoming tour of Sri Lanka in February.
Speaking about the new Front of Shirt sponsorship, Head of Commercial at Gloucestershire Cricket, Joe Kaniecki, said: “It’s fantastic to see Digby Associates’ partnership with the Club continue to grow; they’ve been really engaged in activities at the Seat Unique Stadium over the last couple of years and we are grateful for their support.
“The Talent Pathway system at Gloucestershire is thriving and will be able to hit new heights still thanks to the backing of Digby Associates.”
With a head office in Queen Square, Bristol, and another office in Cheltenham, Digby Associates specialise in four key areas, pensions and retirement planning, mortgages, savings and investment, and protection.
Founded in 2007, Digby Associates specialise in providing bespoke financial advice and services to clients and tailor their advice to enable their clients to secure a better financial future.
Digby Player, Chair of Digby Associates, said: "We are delighted to extend our partnership with Gloucestershire and to support the Talent Pathway system.
"We are a family business with deep roots in the county, and understand the importance of nurturing and developing talent when it emerges.
"We're thrilled to be playing a role in encouraging young cricketers who hopefully one day will go on to play for the full Gloucestershire side."
