Dent In Charge For Opening Friendly

Chris Dent will captain a strong Gloucestershire team in the opening pre-season game against Glamorgan at the County Ground on Wednesday.

Cameron Herring will keep wicket, although Gareth Roderick has also been named in a squad of 12 for the 50-over fixture, which starts at 10.30am. Admission is free.

The squad also includes 18-year-old seamer Marc Lezar, who played for the second XI last season
