Croft enters new partnership with Gloucestershire Cricket following takeover
30 May 2024
Telecommunications and IT specialists, Croft, are embarking on a new partnership with Gloucestershire Cricket for the 2024 season.
Croft, who last summer completed the acquisition of Club Partner, Blackstar Solutions, will continue the long-standing partnership with Gloucestershire Cricket as the Official Telecommunications Provider and Limited Overs Boundary Partner.
Croft, in taking over the lead on the partnership from Blackstar Solutions, will have their logo appear during the live stream and on the big screen at Gloucestershire Cricket home match days in the Vitality Blast and Metro Bank One Day Cup.
With offices in Bristol and all over the UK, Croft will provide telecommunications solutions to service both the Club’s matchday and busy conferencing and event’s needs.
Head of Commercial at Gloucestershire Cricket, Joe Kaniecki, said: “I’ve built up a great relationship with the team at Blackstar Solutions over the last three years and I’m really excited to be building on that in 2024 with the team at Croft.
“The scoring of boundaries is one of the most thrilling parts of limited overs cricket and I’m delighted that Croft have decided to extend their support of our biggest domestic matchdays here in Bristol and at Cheltenham.
“We thank Blackstar and Croft for their great work in taking care of our telecommunications and hope they're as excited as we are for the T20 campaign getting underway.”
Head of Marketing at Croft, Dylan Pepler, said: “Croft is proud to continue the sponsorship of the limited overs boundaries for the upcoming season.
"As the official telecommunications provider, we’ve worked closely with the team at Gloucestershire Cricket to improve their business-critical technology and the fan experience.
"We’re looking forward to seeing plenty of boundaries and some exciting cricket.”
