Cockbain's Efforts Not Enough

Ian Cockbain top-scored with 66 as Gloucestershire went down to a six-wicket defeat by Middlesex in a Second XI Trophy match at Thornbury Cricket Club.
Ed Young continued his impressive comeback from injury by contributing 65 not out to a Gloucestershire total of 193 all out.
But it didn't prove enough as Middlesex replied with 197-4. The same two teams started a three-day Second XI Championship match at Thornbury today.
