BS7 Gym Supports North Bristol Food Bank
17 September 2012
BS7 gym, based at Gloucestershire Cricket in Bishopston, is supporting North Bristol Food Bank this month.
Gym Members, including Gloucestershire Cricketers, have been donating grocery items for the Food Bank when they come in to use BS7 Gym. The idea is the brainchild of Jules Griffin one of the BS7 Fitness Training team. Jules said: “Good nutrition is vital for a healthy life and I know a number of our Members already support the North Bristol Foodbank, so we thought it would be a good idea to launch this appeal to coincide with our autumn programme. In the first week our Members have donated over 100 items which is brilliant and we plan to run the appeal to the end of September.”
Gloucestershire Cricketers Ian Saxelby and Paul Muchall are pictured above with Jules and some of the food donated to kick off the campaign.
