Brewin Dolphin Event in Cheltenham

22 May 2013

Cheltenham based Wealth Management company and Club Sponsor, Brewin Dolphin, held a drinks reception at Hotel du Vin this week to launch the 2013 Brewin Dolphin Cheltenham Cricket Festival.

120 invited guests joined Brewin Dolphin and Gloucestershire Cricket staff - including Captain Michael Klinger, Alex Gidman, Hamish Marshall and Will Gidman - for a very enjoyable evening.

Alex Barrell, Regional Director for Brewin Dolphin (pictured right with Tom Richardson), spoke stressing how much Brewin Dolphin value the association with Gloucestershire Cricket and are greatly looking forward to the start of this year's festival on Wednesday 10th July. In particular, very exciting that t20 cricket is coming to Cheltenham for the first time.

In reply, Tom Richardson, Gloucestershire Cricket Chief Executive, thanked Brewin Dolphin for organising the evening and for their great support of the Club. Tom added that cricket was on a high, with England's win against New Zealand, Gloucestershire's recent win against Glamorgan and of course the Club's development at Bristol. With the t20 matches this year he expected this year's Brewin Dolphin Cheltenham Festival to be a record attendance.

The Brewin Dolphin Cheltenham Cricket Festival runs from Wednesday 10th July to Sunday 21st July.
