Blackstar Solutions Announced as Telecommunications Provider and Limited Overs Boundary Partner

Gloucestershire Cricket are thrilled to announce a new partnership with trusted telecommunications provider Blackstar Solutions.
The five-year deal between Gloucestershire and Blackstar Solutions will see Blackstar providing technical expertise and support and delivering the highest quality solutions and services as the Club’s telecoms provider for landline, mobile and a new stadium phone solution, integrated with Microsoft Teams Voice.
In addition, as part of the deal, Blackstar Solutions have agreed to be the official naming partner for the Club’s limited over boundaries. The Blackstar logo will appear during the live stream and on the big screen at Gloucestershire Cricket home match days in the Vitality Blast and Royal London Cup.
Speaking on the new partnership, Elliot Mace from Blackstar Solutions said:
“To be invited to bid for the modernisation of GCCC’s communications infrastructure, as a result of the great feedback on our work elsewhere, was a massive compliment to Blackstar’s growing reputation both in the Bristol area and in the elite sports & hospitality industry as a whole.
To win the tender against some great opposition was a resounding endorsement of the technology solutions that Blackstar offer and our ability to offer a hybrid solution that caters for needs of the stadium and the club as a whole.
We’ve always had a keen interest in supporting local sport at all levels so to be able to get involved at Gloucestershire has been fantastic. We’re delighted to see the effort from all at the club to bring exciting and entertaining cricket to returning fans.

Blackstar already work with local Bristol sporting organisations including Bristol Bears and Bristol City. With the Blackstar Solutions offices being centrally located in Bristol, we look forward to welcoming them and their customers to the Bristol County Ground during the course of the season.
