Bancroft century leads Second XI to victory over Scotland A

A century from Australian batsman Cameron Bancroft secured victory for the Second XI at Bath Cricket Club.
A strong squad was selected for the three day match against Scotland A, including Cameron Bancroft, Chris Liddle, Matt Taylor and Graeme van Buuren.
After winning the toss and electing to bat, Scotland A struggled to deal with the Gloucestershire bowlers.

Four wickets from Matt Taylor and and three from Graeme van Buuren in the first innings limited Scotland to 170 runs.
A disappointing first innings with the bat from Gloucestershire which was also delayed due to the rain, saw Gloucestershire end the innings 64/7.
Ollie Currill, currently on the Academy Plus Programme was destructive on the third and final day, taking six wickets for just 21 runs. Scotland A ended their second innings 135 all out.
Big Bash Winner Cameron Bancroft, who opened the batting with Brandon Gilmour (24) hit 119 runs in 166 balls to secure victory. With assistance from Hammond (32) & Bracey (63 not out), Gloucestershire won by 12 wickets.
