2023 Fixtures: Gloucestershire's Season in Full

Gloucestershire Cricket is delighted to announce our full fixture list for the 2023 season.
Dale Benkenstein’s side begin the 2023 season in Division Two of the LV= Insurance County Championship following relegation from Division One in 2022.
The Shire will kick-off their bid to bounce back to the top tier of the County Championship with the Severn Derby against Glamorgan at Sophia Gardens, on Thursday 6 April. Gloucestershire will play the first home match at the Seat Unique Stadium on Thursday 13 April, when Yorkshire will be the visitors.
Gloucestershire will once again host SEVEN Vitality Blast matches in Bristol, with the T20 home opener taking place v Glamorgan on Friday 26 May.
The Cheltenham Festival returns for its 151st instalment next year and will get underway on Thursday 20 July with a County Championship Division Two fixture against Glamorgan. The Shire will also take on Worcestershire in Division Two, and will go head-to-head with Derbyshire and Northamptonshire Steelbacks in the One Day Cup at the historic Cheltenham College.

Hospitality packages for Gloucestershire’s domestic matches will be released on Wednesday 7 December, while regular tickets for all three competitions will go on sale in early 2023.
LV= INSURANCE COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP
Gloucestershire’s 2023 LV= Insurance County Championship Division Two campaign gets underway on Thursday 6 April with a trip to face Glamorgan, which will be followed the week after, on Thursday 13 April, with The Shire’s first home match of the season v Yorkshire.
The first block of the County Championship campaign comes to a close with a match against Durham in Bristol, on Thursday 18 May.
The final match of the domestic season takes place on Tuesday 26 September, when Gloucestershire travel to Hove to face Sussex.
VITALITY BLAST
Gloucestershire’s Vitality Blast campaign gets underway with a trip to face Kent Spitfires at The Spitfire Ground on Wednesday 24 May. Home T20 matches for The Shire include clashes v Glamorgan on Friday 26 May, Surrey on Friday 2 June and local rivals Somerset on Friday 9 June.
The Vitality Blast South Group draws to a close for Gloucestershire with a trip to face reigning champions Hampshire Hawks at the Ageas Bowl.
ONE DAY CUP
The Shire will begin their One Day Cup campaign at the Visit Cayman Islands Cheltenham Cricket Festival on Tuesday 1 August, v Derbyshire. The Seat Unique Stadium hosts its first 50-over match on Sunday 13 August with Somerset the visitors for the West Country Derby.
