Gloucestershire Cricket Annual Awards Dinner 2015

Gloucestershire Cricket is delighted to announce that Former England and Glamorgan fast bowler Simon Jones, MBE will be our special guest on 1 October when the Club holds its Annual Awards Dinner at the Bristol County Ground.

Our MC for the evening will be former Kent Captain and BskyB Sports Reporter, David Fulton.

Following the presentation of the 2015 awards, Simon Jones will join Gloucestershire Captain – and former England wicket-keeper - Geraint Jones, MBE in conversation.

Tickets are now on sale for £45 per person or £400 for a table of 10 and will include:

  • Welcome Drink
  • 3-course dinner, including half a bottle of wine per person
  • After dinner coffee
  • Review of the 2015 Season

6.45pm for a 7.30pm start

Awards to be presented on the night include: The St Austell Brewery Players’ Player of the Year; The Moreton C Cullimore Cup for Batsman of the Year; Bowler of the Year; The Ray Parsons’ Award for Young Player of the Year and The Collis Cup for Academy Player of the Year.  Due to its popularity last year, we will also be presenting the ‘Supporters’ Player of the Year and new for this year the John Higson Memorial Trophy for the ‘Best Performance in a One-Day Match.”

From all the entries, the Club will draw a name at random and that person will be invited to attend the awards dinner on 1 October – as the Club’s guest – to present the Supporters’ Award.
