The ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 Hundred Club:

• Since the Women’s World Cup first started in 1973, there have been 45 100s scored by 29 different players. Eight of these players could feature in this summer’s tournament.

• New Zealand v Sri Lanka in Bristol on Saturday 24 June could see New Zealand captain, Suzie Bates score her third century at a Women’s World Cup. Should she score one during the tournament, she will match former England batsman Claire Taylor’s record of bringing up three figures at three consecutive Women’s World Cup’s. If Bates scores two or more during New Zealand’s campaign this summer, she would equal or beat the record of the most 100s scored at a Women’s World Cup, which is currently held jointly by former England cricketers, Jeanette Brittan and Charlotte Edwards.

• England v India in Derby on Saturday 24 June could see India captain, Mithali Raj, as well as teammates Thirush Kamini and Harmanpreet Kaur each go in search of their second 100 at a Women’s World Cup.

• Pakistan v South Africa in Leicester on Sunday 25 June could see South Africa’s Marizanne Kapp score her second 100 at a Women’s World Cup.

• Australia v West Indies in Taunton on Monday 26 June could see Australia captain, Meg Lanning, and West Indies captain, Stafanie Taylor, battle it out to see who gets their second 100 at a Women’s World Cup first.
