Gloucestershire CCC is excited to be releasing information regarding the forthcoming Gloucestershire CCC Debenture issue. Not only is this a chance for Members and supporters to invest for a competitive inflation beating return, but also the opportunity to provide support for this great Club of ours. This is of course a highly ethical investment as well. The Club is a very active and effective contributor to the local community with its wide ranging cricket and non-cricket outreach.
Key points on the debentures
- All debentures pay interest, either 3% above Bank of England Base Rate or 2% above Consumer Price Index (CPI) calculated in accordance with the Offer Document.
- Investments should be in multiples of £500, with a minimum of £500.
There are various attractive incentives for larger investments.
- £5,0000 – the opportunity to swap interest payments for an upgrade in your membership to Premier Club Membership or a box for a day including tickets at a GCCC County Championship match at Bristol.
- £20,000 – Premier Club Membership in addition to the interest payments above.
- £10,000 – the opportunity to swap interest payments for an upgrade in your membership to include a dedicated debenture seat on the Premier Suite Balcony for all domestic matches at the Seat Unique Stadium, Bristol for your exclusive use.
- £25,000 - Debenture seat as immediately above in addition to the interest payments above.
- These incentives are for limited numbers and will be satisfied on a first come first served basis.
